8th anual pennine

The Jigsaw is proud to announce that we have recieved the award for the best narrative short at the “Pennine Film Festival 2014″. We are also honored to have been invited to a private screening on the 11th March 2014 with a special Q&A with the student film makers to discuss our short film.

The festival is local to the Director Rashad Al-Safar and his co-director and brother Basil Al-Safar will also be coming over from Portugal to attend. This award means a lot to us as it has only been less than 2 months that the film was completed and to win an award so early is a fantastic start for the film. We hope that this is the start of many more to come and we are already busy writing our next feature length film. We would like to give a special thanks to Stephen Murphy for recognising our film and we look forward to meeting him personally at the festival.
